Criminal sanctions in Serbia from 1945 to 2019

چکیده

The subject of the paper includes socio-criminological aspect development criminal sanctions through periods state transformation Republic Serbia from 1945 to 2019. hypothetical assumption that started in was seventy-four-year period functioning and action Serbia, traditional (imprisonment suspended sentence) dominated due social changes, introduction alternative delayed. historical, statistical comparative methods, as well operational method document content analysis were applied research. most significant finding is first 32 years, a prison sentence dominated, next 42 sentence. There no mass application punishment: with protective supervision, punishment work public interest, fine other sanctions, which only seemingly satisfied principle fairness proportionality.
